THE ACADEMIC UNIT OF COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSES’ TRAINING COLLEGE IS ONE OF THE UNITS WHICH COORDINATES ALL ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES OF THE COLLEGE THROUGH THE FOLLOWING FUNCTIONS:

1. Preparing academic calendar, academic time tables and end of semester examination time tables
2. Arrange for teaching and learning material (TLMs) for smooth and effective teaching and learning
3. Ensure a conducive environment for teaching and learning
4. Help in addressing students academic concerns/problems
5. Organize examinations for students
6. Input and analyze students results and provide feedback to students and principal of the college
7. Prepare academic transcripts for past students
8. Attend academic committee meetings to discuss  and take decisions on academic issues/programs of the college
